Disclosures

1. What This Page Is
Plain statements about how to read what you see on wemakebright.com: our results, our client testimonials, our case studies, and how artificial intelligence shows up in the work we produce.
This page is informational. It does not create or change any legal obligation. The binding terms are in the Terms of Use and in whatever agreement Bright Ideas Company has signed with you. See Section 8.
2. Results And Performance
Where this site describes an outcome from past work, that outcome happened for that client, in that market, at that time.
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control: the product, the market, the budget, the timing, the competition, and the client's own execution after we hand off. Past results do not predict future results. Nothing on this site promises any particular outcome for you, and nobody at Bright Ideas Company is authorized to promise one outside a signed agreement.
We publish real numbers when we have them and we say where they came from. Where a figure describes what a client's customers spent, we describe it as guest spend or as bookings. We do not restate it as revenue we generated.
3. Testimonials And Reviews
They are real. Every testimonial, quote, and review on this site came from an actual client of Bright Ideas Company. We do not write testimonials, we do not buy reviews, and we do not incentivize them.
They may be edited for length. Where a quote is shortened, the meaning is not changed.
They are not typical results. A testimonial describes one client's experience. It is not a representation of what an average client experiences, and it is not a prediction of what you will experience.
Material connections are disclosed. If someone endorsing Bright Ideas Company was paid, given services at a discount, or has any other connection that a reasonable person would want to know about, that connection is stated with the endorsement. If you do not see a disclosure, there is nothing to disclose.
4. Case Studies And Proof
Case studies on this site describe work Bright Ideas Company performed and the results the client reported or that we measured against goals set at kickoff.
They are published with the client's permission. Where a client asked not to be named, the work is described without identifying them. Where a number came from a client's own reporting rather than our measurement, we say so.
Case studies are summaries. They leave out detail for length and for confidentiality. They are not a scope of work and they are not a quote.
5. How We Use AI
Bright Ideas Company uses generative tools in production, and we would rather you read it here than wonder.
Where we use it. Visual effects, motion, type treatments, product macro shots, transitions, and similar craft work. The standard we hold it to is whether the shot could have been captured on our own camera and finished in post, cutting against real footage with no visible seam. If it cannot pass that, it does not ship.
Where we do not. Real people, real faces, real voices, real venues, and real events are always captured on camera. We do not generate synthetic likenesses of real people. We do not clone voices. We do not train AI systems on client footage or on images of the people who appear in it.
Client control. Any client can require a production with no generative tooling at all. Ask and it is written into the statement of work.
6. No Professional Advice
Articles, guides, and resources on this site are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or business advice, and they are not a recommendation for your situation.
Reading them does not create a client relationship. Do not act on them without a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
7. Portfolio And Third Party Material
The work shown on this site contains client brands, client marks, licensed music, licensed fonts, locations, and the likenesses of people who signed releases.
Viewing it here grants you no license to any of it. Third party names and marks belong to their owners and appear to identify the work we produced, not to claim ownership or imply endorsement.
Full terms are in Section 7 of the Terms of Use. If you appear in work on this site and want your likeness removed, use the Privacy Request form.
